The industry’s risk-averse nature demands solutions that are clearly beneficial and do not disrupt established workflows, emphasizing the importance of addressing specific problems with tangible benefits.Requirements We're seeking a detail-oriented marketer to manage our paid and digital strategy. If you enjoy analyzing data and exploring new approaches to create impact, we'd love to hear from you. You will take ownership of our paid strategy, helping us scale effective campaigns, optimize spend, and explore new regions.What You'll Be Doing Managing LinkedIn ads, organic content, and paid search campaigns daily Testing different angles, audiences, and formats to improve performance Enhancing retargeting efforts across channels Developing landing page strategies and testing ideas Collaborating with designers on ad variations and landing pagesSupporting additional campaigns like product launches or webinars Managing reporting, CPL, and lead quality improvements Making informed decisions on ad spend effectiveness What We're Looking For Experience with paid campaigns, especially LinkedIn and search Results-oriented with strategic planning skillsAbility to create briefs and give constructive feedback Interest in exploring new approaches and analyzing outcomes Effective time management and responsibility Clear communication and collaborative style, working with design, sales, and customer success teams Experience with HubSpot, GA, or B2B SaaS is a plus but not essentialThis role suits someone at mid-level or more experienced, valuing perspective and relevant experience over titles.
