Position Summary: The Customer Claims Executive is responsible for timely and accurate reconciliations of claims and open accruals in accordance with Nestlé's Claims Policy. This role involves maintaining customer-specific annual plans, ensuring timely reconciliations of claims and open accruals, and driving the resolution of disputed claims. It requires maintaining communication with multiple stakeholders to understand account status and identify trade spend gaps and opportunities.A day in the life: Joining our Sales Finance team as a Customer Claims Executive, you will handle a portfolio of commercial activities, gaining insight into the processes behind purchasing products like Kit Kat from local stores. This role offers commercial exposure essential for a long-term career in finance, sales, or supply chain. You will report to the Sales Finance Lead and collaborate closely with sales and finance stakeholders.Reconcile claims with open accruals. Monitor Trade Spend to identify deviations and drive resolution. Track account activities such as deductions, ad hoc payments, and pricing claims. Support Key Account Managers with Trade Spend analysis and requests. Perform customer reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.Provide system training to new users as needed. What will make you successful: Degree in Business (Accounting / Finance) or similar (preferred). Experience in building and using PowerBi dashboards; understanding of key functions like Field Sales, Category, and Marketing. Knowledge of commercial areas including promotional activities, customer/retailer dynamics, and category trends.Experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry (preferred).
