Role Purpose The TBC at ArchiPro is responsible for optimising the CRM (HubSpot) platform, ensuring seamless integration with business operations, and driving data integrity, lead nurture management, automation at scale, and campaign execution.This role plays a key part in maximising ArchiPro’s engagement with clients and prospects, leveraging data-driven insights, and enhancing the overall customer journey. As the HubSpot champion, the CRM Manager will introduce new efficiencies, ensure best-in-class sales funnel and pipeline management, and support internal teams with training and troubleshooting.Responsibilities CRM Strategy&Optimisation - Act as the primary HubSpot technical expert. Working with the Marketing Director to develop and execute a CRM strategy that enhances customer engagement, supports sales through managing a high quality lead funnel and improves retention and lifetime value. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer support. Stay ahead of CRM trends, ensuring ArchiPro leverages best-in-class tools and practices.Customer Data&Segmentation - Own the CRM database, ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and compliance with privacy regulations in partnership with the GM Data. Segment customers and prospects for personalised marketing, engagement, and sales outreach. Analyse CRM data to drive insights for customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.Sales&Marketing Alignment - Ensure CRM workflows support sales teams with high-quality leads and actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into customer journey performance. Support lead scoring models, sales funnel and pipeline management for higher conversion rates.Reporting&Business Intelligence - Own CRM reporting, delivering actionable insights that inform marketing and sales strategies. Regularly evaluate campaign performance, engagement trends, and customer behaviors. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve CRM effectiveness. Technology&System Integrations - Act as the HubSpot (or other CRM platform) administrator, ensuring system efficiency and uptime. Integrate CRM with other business tools, such as the website, analytics platforms, and customer support systems.
