We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse to join the adult bladder and bowel service. The base for this post will be Innovation House, Bishop Auckland. This is a countywide community post, so locality work will be required according to service needs. The role involves working in clinics, home visits, care homes, and office environments.This position offers the opportunity to develop specialist skills and knowledge in bladder and bowel dysfunction. Part-time or job share options will be considered. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care to patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction. You should be dynamic, caring, and possess excellent communication skills, as patient education and support are key components.Experience in bladder and bowel dysfunction and continence promotion is desirable, but this role also offers the chance to develop these skills. Professional development will be supported through mentorship and regular clinical supervision.
