Candidates should have expertise in quantitative analysis related to recruitment, selection, development, and well-being of employees.Applicants at the Lecturer level should demonstrate potential to publish in top journals, while those at the Senior Lecturer level should have an established publication record. Teaching across HR and general business analytics is essential, with a preference for innovative pedagogical approaches.This is a full-time (40 hours/week), permanent position with a salary range of $94,981 - $151,251 depending on experience.
