They have a network of clinics across Aotearoa New Zealand, for both private and publicly-funded treatment and have a commitment to delivering quality solutions, strong customer ethos, and excellent patient outcomes.About the Role: This role supports the Senior Accountant and Financial Controller by managing daily financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely supplier payments, maintaining transaction records, and fostering strong supplier relationships. Responsibilities: Process high volume supplier invoicesSort, code and match invoices Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records Reconcile accounts payable transactions including credit card statements Prepare and perform detailed account analyses to identify discrepancies or irregularities Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and follow up on overdue itemsPerform daily balancing and reconciliation of Greentree to all bank accounts Prepare accurate and timely bank reconciliations Assist Senior Accountant with managing doctors’ accounting processes, including revenue, rental, and related reconciliations Support the Patient Liaison with patient statement queriesProcess employee expense claims Generate and produce monthly reports on accounts payable status and metrics Conduct ad hoc analysis and perform other tasks as required About the Company: This organisation is within the specialist medical field and a market leader in their space! Accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Beyond technical skills, you’ll have a strong work ethic, drive, a genuine motivation to succeed, and eagerness to work for a values-based business.Experience: 2-3 years+ experience in a similar role End to end accounts payable experience Diploma or higher qualification in accounting (or equivalent) Greentree experience (desirable) Knowledge of cash and bank management Knowledge of general accounting procedures Proficient in data entry and managementApply Now!
