How you’ll make an impact: Creative optimisation is a key driver of acquisition efficiency across Paid and Organic channels. As a Creative Optimisation Manager at Xero, you will analyze data, identify trends, and create personalized, engaging ad content. You will lead the global creative optimisation efforts for our Performance Marketing team by integrating landing page and creative strategies, and deploying sophisticated user journeys that match user intent and increase conversions. What you'll do:Develop and implement a comprehensive creative optimisation strategy to boost conversions, revenue, and user engagement across Social, Display, TikTok, and other channels. Collaborate with our Creative Hub to develop scalable processes for producing and testing high-performing creatives at scale.Analyze data from A/B tests and other creative initiatives to inform future testing and creative development. Coordinate with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to align creative efforts with regional and go-to-market campaigns. Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in ad creative.What you'll bring: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields. Experience working in digital or creative agencies. Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, GDN, YouTube, TikTok. Deep expertise in ad creative formats. Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Why Xero?
