Your role involves Endpoint security, vulnerability management, Security Incident response engineering activities to enable the delivery of complete Integrated Services Management across all ITIL disciplines, including Incident, Request, Problem,Configuration, Change, and Release Management.This includes investigating, isolating, and rectifying security incidents, identifying root causes, and undertaking problem management activities. You will also implement complex network changes within a structured change management framework, perform release and configuration management tasks aligned with ITIL standards.To succeed, you need a solid understanding of NTT’s End-to-End Services Management Operations, customer-specific business operations, and ITIL disciplines. Demonstrating high commitment, initiative, and excellent communication skills is essential, along with a strong IT background. System changes outside normal hours may be required to reducebusiness disruption.Key Responsibilities Manage and update service requests to meet SLAs. Provide remote and onsite technical support within ITIL processes. Coordinate and resolve incidents using Field Engineering resources. Implement Endpoint security changes within predefined change windows, liaising with customers and vendors.Assist SOC analysts in analyzing security events and responding to threats. Collaborate on threat intelligence analysis and mitigation strategies. Ensure SOC operations comply with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS. Report incidents and communicate findings to stakeholders and auditors.Coordinate with Professional Services Engineers and Solutions Architects on projects. Maintain documentation of client environments and processes. Manage stakeholder expectations and reduce cybersecurity impact. Communicate incident status proactively to clients and teams. Escalate issues as needed.Participate in shift handovers and operational support. Manage Endpoint Security Services scope and delivery. Triages security alerts across platforms like Azure Defender, Sentinel. Review and respond to Sentinel alerts and MDR tickets. Prioritize and address high-severity threats.Job Requirements Mandatory Extensive experience managing Next-Generation Endpoint security, especially Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (XDR). Experience with Microsoft Defender suite and managing large enterprise environments. Over 10 years of relevant Endpoint Security experience. Experience handling malware outbreaks and analysis.Solid knowledge of Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Windows OS, and Linux (plus). Ability to configure and resolve complex security issues in large environments. Understanding of Vulnerability Management and Risk Analysis. Desirable Knowledge of other EDR solutions like Crowdstrike, Trellix, Symantec.Experience with Email Security, SIEM, SOAR, intrusion detection, and threat intelligence tools. Training or experience with ITIL Service Framework. Personal Attributes and Skills Experience managing large, multi-site Endpoint Security customers. Strong team player, independent worker, adaptable to change.Knowledge of Cyber Security Governance and Risk Compliance. Perseverance, resourcefulness, sound judgement.
