What You’ll Do: Provide insightful commercial support to business leaders and global stakeholders Develop, maintain, and communicate profitability reporting and metricsPartner with teams to implement and enhance BI tools that improve visibility and reporting Lead monthly P&L production, variance analysis, and cost centre reporting Support the annual budget and forecast process, including preparation of consolidated P&Ls and narrative commentary Contribute to financial process improvements and automation initiatives across thegroup Oversee capex reporting and help develop tools for financial assessments Provide ad hoc financial support as required Be a trusted partner to senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning and decision makingWhat You’ll Bring: You’re a confident communicator and analytical thinker who thrives on solving problems and partnering with diverse teams. Ideally, you’ll have: A finance/accounting degree and 3+ years' experience in a finance business partnering role Strong Excel skills and the ability to workwith large data setsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a high attention to detail A passion for continuous improvement and process efficiency Experience working in dynamic, high-energy environments Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence at all levels Our client offers a hybrid working environment where you are encouraged to be yourself and enjoy your work.This role is moving quickly!
