Role Overview As a Regional Support Chef, you’ll help maintain consistency and quality across our venues by providing flexible culinary support where needed most. You’ll visit kitchens across the region to assist during peak times, staff shortages, or events, ensuring smooth service and high standards. This role offers variety, travel, andthe chance to work with multiple teams while delivering excellent food and guest experiences.Key Duties Support kitchen operations across various sites, stepping in where additional culinary support is required. Maintain food quality and presentation in line with company standards and health regulations. Assist with menu execution and daily preparation, adapting quickly to different kitchen environments.Collaborate with permanent site teams to ensure smooth service during peak periods. Uphold hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety guidelines. Skills&Requirements Proven experience in a chef role, ideally within a multi-site or high-volume catering environment. Strong adaptability and ability to work effectively in unfamiliar kitchens and changing teams. Excellent time management and organisational skills under pressure.
