Employment Type: Full-time Package: $125,000 OTE (base salary + uncapped commission + vehicle)Join Us as We Grow Into Auckland SmartGrass is expanding— and we’re looking for driven, relationship-focused individuals to help establish and grow our new branch in Auckland. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how Kiwis experience outdoor spaces. Whether it’s a family backyard, a school courtyard, or a council greenspace, you’ll help clients reimagine their environments using premium artificial grass solutions. This is your opportunity to join a values-led team where your energy, initiative, and commitment will be matched with support, flexibility, and career growth.About the Role You’ll work across both B2C and B2B markets, managing the full sales process — from lead generation and consultations to quoting and overseeing project completion. While qualified leads are provided, you’ll also be expected to grow your own pipeline as we build our presence in Auckland.Conduct site visits and client consultations Prepare tailored proposals and quotes Manage jobs from first contact through to final installation Represent SmartGrass at events, expos, and client meetings Share project outcomes through content creation and social media Cultivate long-term relationships and referral networksClient types include homeowners, schools, councils, gyms, builders, landscapers, and architects. What We’re Looking For We’re after someone with great communication skills, drive, and a passion for delivering excellent results.
