The Role We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. The role involves managing our online presence, engaging with our community, and supporting our network of Les Mills influencers to ensure alignment and impact of campaigns.Skills and Experience Needed You should be a social-first thinker, aware of current trends and platform best practices. Comfortable brainstorming, engaging with audiences, and reporting on performance. Experience with influencers or creators is a plus. Preferred Experience 2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency.Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Experience working with creators or influencers. Excellent copywriting and content planning skills. Proficiency with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Emplify, Figma, or similar.
