We seek an occupational therapist experienced in community physical settings to work with diverse clinical presentations, solving real-life challenges and improving community lives. NZ registered Occupational Therapist with current annual practising certificateAt least 2 years’ experience, preferably in community and/or rehabilitation settings Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills Resilient, resourceful, proactive, capable of resolving conflicts and handling complex issues Experience with restorative and compensatory assessments, equipment solutions, housing modifications, wheelchair and seatingEMS equipment and housing accreditation What we offer On-the-job training with ongoing development and a well-established in-service training program Supportive team environment and work culture Guidance from experienced practitioners, peer reviews, supervision, clinical coaching, and advanced clinician supportWork Perks - Discounts at various businesses EAP services Our main service hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility.
