Using your provided tools, you will visit various customer sites to ensure onsite resolutions for our customers. You will provide outstanding support and technical expertise, focusing on delivering excellent service in your assigned territory.Reporting to your Territory Manager and as a key member of our Field Services team, you will undertake regular in-depth product training when you start, along with ongoing access to our global Technical Support Services. With career development a focus, opportunities throughout the business periodically arise, delivering mutual benefit and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair Self Check Out (SCO), Point of Sale (POS) Machines, and other Voiyx products for customers Manage and organize parts Participate in continuous online and classroom training Work autonomously in the field and office May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kits/parts (1-20kg), bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periodsSome interstate travel may be required Basic Qualifications: PCB hardware repair experience Exposure to software uploads Preferred Qualifications: Electromechanical device repair and aptitude Previous experience with Self-Serve Checkout repairs or installation To succeed in this role, you must have:Passion for new technology Willingness to travel and complete service calls as assigned Ability to work autonomously, professionally, and communicate effectively Valid Australian State Driver’s license Full COVID vaccination Experience with electromechanical equipment High attention to detailA valid full-time work visa, Permanent Residence, or Citizenship Reside in New Zealand and be able to start within 4-6 weeks What We Offer: Competitive salary package Non-standard shifts: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, morning and/or evening shifts Ongoing training and development Tool of trade vehicle (with some personal use)Tools, phone, and laptop We encourage you to visit our website and other platforms to learn more about NCR.
