Description This role is responsible for executing trade marketing strategies, developing impactful in-store displays, and ensuring brand consistency across all retail touchpoints. You will collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to optimise store layouts, implement promotional campaigns, and analyse performance to enhance shopper experiences.Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Partner with Australia&New Zealand (ANZ) Visual Merchandising Manager and 360 Marketers to execute Retail Activation and VM plans for all B&M retailers within the New Zealand market, including Department Stores, Pharmacies, and Specialty Multi-retailers. Potentially manage an ANZ Specialty Multi-retailer, with oversight from the ANZ Visual Merchandising Manager. Maintain the New Zealand Visual Merchandising database and provide input for VM orders&retail briefs. Brief and manage artwork for collateral and promotional activities, including retailer-specific launches and pop-ups, ensuring retail partner approval. Manage Visual Merchandising components of retail event activations and outposts with vendors and retailers. Handle EM orders for non-saleable items and collateral, ensuring timely delivery and installation, troubleshooting issues as needed.Prepare retail activation&VM guidelines for promotions and launches in consultation with brand contacts to ensure consistency. Manage signage updates, including artwork briefing and delivery. Oversee VM requirements for new counters and renovations. Coordinate with Retail Operations to resolve VM and counter maintenance issues.Monitor industry activity related to VM, events, and promotions, sharing insights. Conduct store visits to ensure brand guideline compliance and improve customer experience and store functionality. Prepare VM updates for market visits and support corporate VM requirements. Perform other tasks as directed by management.Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising or similar roles. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Data-driven decision-making skills. Proficiency with marketing software and tools.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (advantageous but not essential).
