About You You will be an experienced Senior / Lead Engineer with passion for working on diverse projects and delivering engineering excellence in the areas of oil&gas, manufacturing, dairy, infrastructure, and heavy industries. You will bring the following key skills to the role: Technical Expertise: A high level of proficiency in your engineering discipline, with the capability to develop innovative solutions and oversee complex projects from conception to completion. CPEng or similar within your own discipline.Client Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Proven experience in articulating technical concepts clearly, influencing stakeholders, and effectively selling ideas to diverse audiences. Commercial Acumen: Strong business insight with experience in project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management. Ability to align engineering solutions with business objectives to drive profitability and growth.Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment, and leading projects to successful outcomes. Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive approach with a desire to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Willingness to take initiative to expand our services and contribute to the company's growth in the New Zealand market.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports, proposals, and presentations tailored to various audiences.
