Direct message the job poster from Areteans APAC Hiring Lead | Manager - Credera | Winner- Jombay 40under40 HR Leader Position Overview: As a Business Architect specializing in the Pega Smart Disputes framework , you will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that streamline dispute management processes for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to ensure that the solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Smart Disputes framework.· Solution Design: Design end-to-end business solutions using the Pega Smart Disputes framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.· Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and requirements. · Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the dispute management process.· Implementation Support: Provide guidance and support to the technical team during the implementation phase, ensuring that the solution meets business requirements and quality standards. · Testing and Validation: Assist in the development of test plans and conduct user acceptance testing to validate that the solution meets business needs.· Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for business users. Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and solutions. · Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in dispute management and Pega technologies.
