With an increasing portfolio of sites and opportunities, ChargeNet is not just installing infrastructure; it’s powering a movement towards a more sustainable future on the road.To learn more about this exciting business, please visit ChargeNet’s website – The Role Reporting to the CFO the FP&A Analyst will work with, collect, and analyse data for financial accounting, reporting, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and modelling, track and report on KPIs, and provide strategic planning and decision-making support to the CFO role. Responsibilities Deliver proactive financial support and analysis to the business and key stakeholders.Support the business to develop and manage the financial planning, reporting and analysis processes and systems to help the business make key strategic decisions. Support the CFO to provide informed and insightful analysis on actual performance and identification of management actions to remediate gaps to budget or forecast.Ensure the business complies with commercial finance processes, ensuring any exceptions are investigated and rectified. Manage and oversee the timely and accurate completion of month-end processes and activities. Review and process journals and reconciliations as required with key focus on transitioning these activities where possible to the offshore service provider.Support the preparation of the consolidated accounts, providing insightful commentary on monthly results, trends, and variances to budget or forecast, highlighting performance gaps and actions to remediate. Drive process efficiencies and automate analysis and reporting, ensuring and efficient and effective budgeting and forecasting process.Business partner with key stakeholders across the wider business to improve financial performance. Support the business to develop improved processes and reporting to manage profitability and cash flow. Qualifications And Experience The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified. Strong background in month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting.Proven track record of simplifying and automating end to end Finance systems and processes. You will have strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret complex financial data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools such as Excel, Power Query and Power BI.Strategic thinking with strong business acumen. Excellence in stakeholder management and relationship building.
