We are seeking a Part-Time Chef de Partie to support our Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.Minimum Requirements Passion for cooking and presenting appealing, flavorful meals Completed culinary apprenticeship or equivalent experience Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Food hygiene certificates (Safe Food NZQA 167, 168, 20666, or 27955) Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mileTeam-oriented mindset Strong time management and leadership skills, with ownership and accountability Respect for resident confidentiality Ability to work rostered shifts Key Responsibilities Familiarity with menus, functions, and specials Contributing ideas for new dishes and menu itemsCollaborating with senior chefs to ensure quality and skill development Preparing for daily and special requirements Maintaining stock levels and quality Ensuring dishes meet standards and are served timely Following recipes and hygiene standards Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen areaAdhering to Food Control Plan and safety regulations Reporting stock or maintenance issues promptly Delivering high-quality customer service Supporting foodservice operations under management guidance Continuously developing culinary skills Why Join Oceania?
