Executive Assistant to Chief Sustainability Officer Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and passionate Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to our Chief Sustainability Officer who will split time between Queenstown and Auckland. In this role, you will primarily support the Chief Sustainability Officer and serve as a central link between our leadership team and key stakeholders. Use your judgement to optimise how our leaders spend their time, ensuring balance and focusing on the most important goals.Organising extensive and complex travel logistics across New Zealand and globally. Manage and organise events and meetings, including curating agendas, booking venues, travel, and accommodation. Build strong relationships across partner organisations, internal teams, the company, and the outside world to help get things done quickly and efficiently.Organise and prepare complex documents and presentations to a high standard using office technology and software applications. Collaborate across our executive leadership team and their strong support teams of Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Administrators, and business support partners who come together as one team.Be passionate about learning and develop to mentor and advocate for others to grow fulfilling careers Mōu ake | About you You are an organized and results-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional executive level administrative and organisational support. Key Responsibilities IncludeProviding support where needed and anticipating needs proactively. Assisting with structured onboarding and building strong relationships. Organizing travel arrangements for the Group Director. Helping with reporting and communications, tailored to the audience. Managing materials and performing media scans to share valuable information.Growing tech-savvy capabilities to support leaders. Being available and responsive to provide support. Compiling and presenting reports accurately. Supporting the wider Executive Leadership Group as part of a team of executive assistants, providing overflow capacity with work as needed.
