Reporting to the H&S Lead, you will be part of Spark's Health, Safety&Wellbeing team, partnering with various business units. Limited travel may be required. We need Partners who can effectively influence, engage, and coach health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives at all organizational levels, including Spark's leadership and key risk areas. Partner with key stakeholders by providing support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes and delivery.Connect with people to find the right solutions for creating a safer working environment. Facilitate a growth mindset for health, safety, and wellbeing across supported teams. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, understanding complex situations and offering sound resolutions to enhance outcomes.Enhance understanding and control of Spark's critical health, safety, and wellbeing risks, including unknown and complex risks. Become recognized as an accomplished H&S partner, integrating health, safety, and wellbeing into Spark's organizational functions and key areas. Learn and adopt Spark's Agile practices for planning and executing health, safety, and wellbeing strategies aimed at continuous improvement. Experience required Ideally hold a professional qualification (e.g., Dip in OHS) in Occupational Health and Safety with extensive experience in a similar role.Experience in Telco, Construction, or Technical/Electrical Safety environments is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective integration and relationship building with stakeholders. Why join us?
