You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Design and architect end-to-end solutions using the Pega Smart Disputes framework, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in the implementation of best practices and standards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Development Oversight: Oversee the development and configuration of Pega applications, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Integration: Design and implement integration solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and communication. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance of the Pega applications.Testing and Validation: Work closely with QA teams to define test plans and ensure thorough testing of the solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the system architecture, design, and implementation processes. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Pega technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the Smart Disputes framework.Skills&Experience Essential Technical Qualification: Certified Lead System Architect with 12+ years Pega experience and at least 2-3 Pega projects implementation Pega CLSA with broad based technology footprint (should have worked in various technology stacks: Cloud, DevOps, IBM, Oracle, UNIX, AIX, Windows, Java/J2EE, Databases, and Mainframe etc.)Strong expertise in Pega Platform and Pega Smart Disputes framework. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Pega solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Knowledge of integration techniques and best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Experience in Connectors and Services (Email, REST, FILE, MQ, JMS etc.). Experience in solutions development on Pega using Pega forms, workflows, data models, layer cake, integration and Pega mobilityExpertise on Data Interactions (Connecting with DB on different server); Integrations (API, Event Driven, Message Queues, SFTP, REST, SOAP, HTTP). Pega application upgrade experience from Pega 4/5/6 to Pega 7.1 or higher. Strong in Data Flow, Case Management, Sub-cases, UI, Process Flows, Data Set, Caching, Rule Resolution and Activities.Experience with building security first solutions, authorisation, identity, encryption, authentication, OWASP, SSOA and RBAC. Should have experience in Code review, code optimization and Pega performance analysis and Performance tuning of applications. Analyses, Identifies, and logs enhancements/bugs in application.Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems including architecting and designing for performance and scalability and working with Object to Relational Mapping schemes for distributed data access. Experience with iterative development and the Agile methodology as it applies to software development.Solution, architect, and design dispute solutions keeping project aspects in mind, meeting/exceeding best practices. Proficient to independently design PEGA solutions from functional requirements and can prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation using Pega.Able to develop and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design patterns and implementation features. Capable in applying Customer standards– reuse existing standards or establish, implement, and enforce appropriate standards in the creation of solutions. Proficient and evangelise re-usable components that can be enterprise assets.Support QA (Quality Assurance) team by making necessary configuration changes during testing cycles. All deployment related activities across all environments including Production.
