This role is an exciting opportunity to empower students through innovative teaching methods and academic support, ensuring they are set up for success in their learning and future careers.As a tutor, you will deliver high-quality courses that engage and motivate learners, support their academic growth, and help them develop the skills they need to thrive. You’ll also contribute to curriculum development, maintain accurate student records, and participate in programme promotional activities.Your key responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging courses using effective teaching methods. Prepare and adapt teaching materials to suit diverse learner needs. Ensure assessments, marking, and feedback are completed within required timeframes. Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and progress reports.Provide academic support and assist students with developing essential skills. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the programme remains innovative and relevant. Participate in curriculum and assessment design, moderation, and consistency reviews. Support promotional activities for the programme as needed.Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll bring A passion for education and empowering learners.
