Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate concierge wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. You will enjoy looking after our guests and working as part of a fun, talented&passionate team that is all about creating memorable experiences. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Shift supervision across the concierge desk area Facilitating guest arrivals, departures, and during their stay Sharing local knowledge as well as driving loyalty and upselling hotel facilitiesLeading the team to enhance guest satisfaction Liaising with all departments to ensure all necessary follow-up is conducted Qualifications REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE To be successful in your application, you must exhibit the following qualities: An outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer serviceFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends across a 7-day week roster A focus on quality and presentation with a desire to progress in hospitality An approachable team player who can think outside of the box Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:A full NZ Drivers Licence is essential Immaculate personal presentation and a high level of communication - both written and verbal Leadership capability Additional Information Why join Accor?
