Are you a dynamic brand manager with a passion for driving brand growth and innovation? Do you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments where strategy meets execution? We want you to join our marketing team as a Brand Manager for our Lifestyles range (Sexual Health) and play a key role in shaping and elevating some of the most well-known beauty and wellness brands in the market.This role is a 12-month fixed term contract. What You’ll Do: Lead Strategic Marketing&Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing plans that elevate the brands you manage. Be the champion for brand integrity across all initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning Manage Promotions&Campaigns: Create and execute innovative promotional strategies to excite both consumers and retailers. Ensure that merchandising and point-of-sale tools are on-brand and drive engagement. Continuously evaluate campaigns and adapt strategies to maximise impact Reporting&Analysis: Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports, manage forecasting, and analyse the ROI of campaigns. Oversee stock and collateral planning to ensure smooth product launches and operations Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key retailers and brand principals, ensuring alignment with KPIs. Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive success during range reviews and product launchesWhat You’ll Bring: 3+ years’ experience in brand management, with a proven track record in FMCG or grocery sectors Strong business acumen combined with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills A creative mindset paired with a results-driven approach that focuses on measurable outcomesIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) An understanding of the New Zealand retail environment, including major retailers such as WWNZ, Foodstuffs, TWL, Farmers, and Green Cross Health (desirable) At CS&Co., you’ll be part of a forward-thinking, collaborative team where your contributions directly influence the success of iconic brands.
