Business Development Representative - Construction Join us to apply for the Business Development Representative - Construction role at Vontier . Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on the Construction vertical. This role is crucial for achieving sales targets and driving growth within the industry.Responsibilities and Duties Generate outbound sales opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential leads to expand our client base. Focus on securing small to medium sales opportunities in the construction sector. Achieve 100% of individual annual KPIs on a yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.Manage Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns to enhance engagement and foster pipeline growth. Serve as a key liaison with our Service&Government partners. Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective sales solutions. Minimum Experience and Skills At least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the Transport or Construction sectors. Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs such as prospecting calls, demonstrations, meetings, and ACV targets.Strong outbound sales prospecting expertise. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach with a sense of urgency.
