We’re looking for passionate Implementation Specialists on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis to support a critical project rolling out our ezyVet Practice Management software to a significant group of key customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.We’re seeking passionate problem solvers to support the implementation of our Practice Management software for a key group of customers. Our implementors are responsible for training customers on our cloud applications, configuring their software to meet clinic needs, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. You'll build important client relationships, solve problems, and provide engaging virtual training to set our new customers up for success.This role is based in Auckland supporting our APAC customers, requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote. More about the role: Training veterinary professionals on how to use our Practice Information Management System (PIMS), tailored to their role in the clinic.Managing software implementations, ensuring clinics confidently utilize ezyVet and that configurations are fit for purpose. Understanding clinic needs and workflows to configure the software appropriately. Leading change management processes within clinics. Developing and delivering webinar-based training and configuration curricula.Managing multiple projects at various stages. Collaborating with internal teams to improve software, prioritize features and fixes, streamline processes, and achieve excellent outcomes. What you will need to succeed: Hardworking, results-oriented attitude, committed to team and customer success.Experience working in busy environments with strong time and project management skills. Project management experience is ideal. Confidence in articulating complex topics to diverse audiences. Positive attitude, sense of humor, and composure under pressure. Strong attention to detail.Experience with our PIMS or veterinary industry exposure is preferred.
