This onsite role involves managing communication channels and ensuring top-notch support during our transition to Suntory Oceania.Please note this is an office-based role with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities: Handle and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently. Use systems such as Outlook, SAP, and C4C to manage orders, follow up on deliveries, and handle new business inquiries.Perform high-volume data entry, resolve stakeholder queries, and support administrative tasks. Collaborate with internal teams, including Credit, Sales, and Logistics. Adapt to ongoing system and business changes to support evolving needs. What’s in your toolkit?
