Your role Key responsibilities include: Engaging in real project work across New Zealand, including pipelines, tunnels, and roads. Participating in formal learning opportunities and exposure to Health, Safety, Environment&Quality, Project Estimating and Tendering, and Engineering Design. Accessing mentorship from industry experts throughout the graduate program. Rotating through various learning opportunities in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin. About you To be considered for the program, you must:Have completed a degree within the last year or will do so by the end of 2025. Be open to working in regional locations around NZ. Hold New Zealand permanent work eligibility. Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and excel in the construction industry.
