Reporting to the SVP of HR, this role involves managing analytics, tools, and reporting that support our people strategy and decision-making. You will ensure our systems are accurate and up-to-date, analyze data to uncover insights, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance our culture and processes.Key Responsibilities Lead People Reporting&Analytics Manage headcount, compensation reports, turnover, engagement insights, and create dashboards. Use Google Sheets or Excel for reports and visualizations. Identify trends and explore the reasons behind data patterns to inform decisions. Manage HR Tools Administer tools like Greenhouse, Culture Amp, and others.Oversee survey launches, onboarding workflows, and system renewals. Collaborate Cross-functionally Work with Payroll and other teams to ensure data consistency. Share insights with HR and leadership. Support audits and compliance activities. Strategic Contributions Explore AI efficiencies in HR systems.Assist with compensation analysis and automation of reporting processes. Qualifications Minimum 3 years in HR analytics, HRIS, or HR operations. Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, managing multiple HR systems.
