Whilst being a proud New Zealand owned and operated company, we have successfully completed a wide range of projects developing ports and infrastructure across New Zealand and Australia.About the Role Having recently secured several projects therefore we have a requirement for a Hydrographic Surveyor to join our team in Papakura, Auckland - however must be available to travel to our job sites across New Zealand and sometimes Australia. You will be responsible for the overall set out, monitoring and verification of dredging and placement of material. You will provide up to date data to the Dredging Superintendent and Project Manager on a daily basis, of the material removed, material placed, design levels in real time, rock placement and all aspects of quality control.Responsibilities Overall set out, monitoring, and verification of dredging and placement of material Provide up to date data to the Dredging Superintendent and Project Manager Material removed, material placed, design levels in real time, rock placement, and quality control Qualifications Hydrographic Surveyors Certification.Required Skills You should be tertiary qualified with a minimum of 5 years relevant Hydrographic Surveyors experience.
