The World of Red Bull offers opportunities to use your talents, develop yourself, and make an impact.Role Overview Our On Premise Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding Red Bull's presence within catering, vending, and Limited Service Restaurants (LSR) segments. Responsibilities include winning new business, growing volume, market share, and distribution, while ensuring high-quality execution. Collaborating with On Premise and Marketing teams, you will manage key customer relationships, develop strategic joint business plans, and execute impactful trade promotions to maximize Red Bull's market penetration.Responsibilities Win new business, grow volume and distribution: Contract new National Key Account Groups, support the wider team, meet volume targets, and leverage insights to drive market share. Execute premium brand standards: Implement segment-specific standards, create joint business plans, deploy POS materials, and work with marketing to deliver brand initiatives.Customer management: Manage trade investments, verify claims, negotiate trading terms, and establish effective routines with key customers. Internal collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, finance, and global stakeholders to ensure execution of trading agreements and internal investments.Qualifications and Skills Minimum 3 years of senior account management experience Experience in hospitality and/or FMCG industries preferred Understanding of Catering and LSR segments and key stakeholders Strong negotiation, influence, and commercial skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences What We Offer A competitive remuneration package, world-class training, a supportive and inclusive culture, and opportunities for professional development.
