Job Description Hours of work are: Monday 8.5 hoursFriday 8.5 hours Saturday 8.5 hours Sunday 8.5 hours What Will You Be Doing? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. Responsibilities include: Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications.Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries. Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns. Supporting administrative tasks. You will be an important part of our team, working to resolve customer issues and ensuring we meet their expectations. Who Are We Looking For? This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can remain calm under pressure. You should be comfortable making calls to customers and handling administrative tasks, with a friendly phone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills. A quick learner of computer systems and a genuine interest in technology are essential. Above all, you should be a passionate team player who takes pride in delivering a memorable customer experience.Qualifications Ideally, you will have: Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills. A positive, can-do attitude. The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders, and be on your feet for long periods. A passion for helping others and your team.Experience using a point of sale system is beneficial. An interest in tech.
