This role is within a collaborative Customer Engagement team. Responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for cruise products and segments.Collaborate with teams across digital, social, content, email, and media. Manage supplier relationships and media schedules. Ensure campaign compliance and messaging consistency. Use customer data for targeted messaging. Coordinate campaign calendars and stakeholders. Report on campaign effectiveness and contribute to planning.Support cruise initiatives and marketing efforts. About You You are an organized, driven marketer with experience in retail or B2C campaign marketing, ideally with travel or tourism exposure, especially cruise. You excel in managing end-to-end campaigns, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and possess strong communication and project management skills. You have hands-on experience with campaign tools, media planning, and digital channels, with a customer-first mindset and passion for travel.Resilience, adaptability, and focus are essential.
