For more information go tot the Role We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Communications Advisor to join our passionate, supportive, and fun-loving Brand&Communications Team, playing a key role providing support for ProCare's external, internal and member communication channels, enhancing our reputation and market presence as a leading primary healthcare provider. Reporting into the General Manager of Brand&Communications and assisting the wider team to achieve its objectives as set out in the wider organisational strategy. Degree in communications, public relations, media or a related field is essential. Minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with background in managing/supporting team members, in the field of media relations, journalism, stakeholder relations or communications, either in house or within an agency.Experience and understanding of communications within the health sector would be advantageous. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and building effective relationships across multiple levels with complex, inter-related dependencies. Background in managing CMS for websites, social media, content creation and analytics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop media material, key messages, content for digital channels. IT literacy and technical skills including basic design skills (such as InDesign or Photoshop), website editing, ideally in SharePoint. A passion for improving equitable health outcomes for the population of Tāmaki Makaurau and Aotearoa, New ZealandStrong understanding and appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to shaping our efforts.
