Client Success Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Partner with Account Executives to lead operational activities within the assigned client portfolio, providing advanced technical consultation on systems and services. Own the holistic pre-and post-sale operational relationship, including implementation, acting as a key ambassador for all Client Services teams. Serve as the central voice of Client Services to clients and Sales Account Owners.Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client executives and stakeholders by proactively executing Client Success Plans that track client adoption, usage, and health indices for Visa products. Ensure client operational goals and success metrics are well understood, with outcomes met and client readiness activities for upcoming mandates and projects tracked in Client Success Plans.Serve as an advisor to clients by demonstrating operational excellence through driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that support client goals, utilizing automated solutions for efficiency and productivity improvements. Measure and track client-specific outcomes, addressing major pain points and strategic objectives by leveraging Visa products and services.Communicate updates on Visa Rules, mandates, Business Enhancement Releases, and upcoming changes to ensure client readiness and compliance through training. Provide proactive planning and operational support to optimize operational effectiveness and cost-efficiency, including authorization, clearing&settlement, and back-office processing. Lead periodic operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders. Manage complex customer change requests, system or operational requirements, negotiations, and expectation management. Focus on performance improvement, cost-effectiveness, and compliance by introducing operational best practices and process optimizations.Act as the central escalation point for client incidents and crisis response, maintaining ongoing client interactions to meet their needs. This position is hybrid; in-office days will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Basic Qualifications Candidates should have extensive experience, curiosity about the payments industry, results-driven, and client-centric.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in customer support within software, financial, or information services, and at least 2-3 years of knowledge in payment systems services. Proven success in client relationship management, with the ability to develop actionable plans to help clients achieve their business goals and derive value from products and solutions.Knowledge of issuing and acquiring, especially in digital payment operations, supporting complex clients and services, preferably with Visa. Working knowledge of Visa systems, including authorization&clearing. Strong technical aptitude to absorb and apply technical information to business solutions. Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, with a diplomatic and customer-focused approach, combined with teamwork and organizational skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business language.Excellent analytical skills, with a proven track record of data-driven business solutions and analysis. Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills across all levels. Effective in setting priorities, managing expectations, and working independently or as part of a team. Excellent time, project management, organization, and planning skills.Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Visa is an equal opportunity employer.
