While based in NZ ( Ellerslie, Auckland ), you will work across both AU and NZ markets, across multiple segments and channels.What’s Involved Activate onsite weekly trading and promotional activity Collaborate with the Search and Optimisation Manager to optimise search for driving sales, conversions, and customer engagement Support Buyers with Range Reviews, contributing to improvement plans for online range executionAssist Suppliers with best practices for relevant categories Work with Online Range, Merch, and Project Managers to identify growth opportunities online Partner with Buyers and Category Managers to provide insights and support for online performance Provide regular reports on product/page/category performance and identify improvement opportunitiesWho We're Looking For You are an analytical, outcome-driven problem solver who is flexible and adaptable. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, you have a genuine passion for online retailing and are curious about performance outcomes.
