Fitness Consultant |Ōtara Pool and Leisure Centre Pay: Competitive Location: Auckland/Auckland Employment type: Full-Time Job Description Req#: 18155 He angitūtanga: The opportunity As a Fitness Consultant, you will help people achieve their health and wellbeing goals by delivering fitness programmes for allages and abilities across our diverse community.This permanent part-time position offers 20 hours per week, with shifts including: Sunday (full shift) 9:00 am– 5:30 pm Monday afternoon/evening (late shift/lock-up) Wednesday early shift from 5:15 am onwards With our Leisure Centres busier than ever, our fitness teams are vital in motivating visitors and encouraging repeat visits.He kōrero mōu: About you You should be passionate about fitness, health, and wellbeing. A recognised fitness-related qualification is required. Knowledge of fitness training, testing, and client monitoring, along with a First Aid Certificate, is necessary. The preferred candidate will have an interest in leading group fitness classes such as Spin, HIIT, and aqua aerobics in addition to gym shifts.We seek enthusiastic, dedicated, and positive individuals who enjoy client interaction and can communicate effectively to deliver high-quality programmes. You should be a team player, flexible, proactive, and willing to learn and innovate.
