In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations across our business.What You’ll Be Doing: Microsoft Stack Support – Windows Server administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Office 365 Administration – Managing users, policies, security, and collaboration tools. Intune&Autopilot– Device management, deployment, and configuration. Meraki&Networking– Troubleshooting network issues and optimizing performance. Azure Management – Overseeing cloud resources, security, and automation. Escalation&Problem-Solving– Handling complex IT issues that require in-depth technical expertise. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a Level 3 IT support or similar role. Strong expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure. Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.Networking knowledge including Meraki and general networking principles. Problem-solving skills with excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills– able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
