We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join a dynamic, purpose-driven team supporting environmental and scientific outcomes across Aotearoa New Zealand. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and play a critical role in supporting projects that directly impact our land, biodiversity, and communities.This role is all about enabling high performance. You’ll provide confidential, high-level executive and administrative support to Tier 2 leaders across Māori Partnerships and Science functions. You’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes, helping leaders stay organised, informed, and focused on strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support internal and external engagements Prepare documentation including board and executive papers Liaise confidently with stakeholders across the organisation and externally Organise travel and events, and manage correspondence with professionalism and discretionDevelop and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes Handle confidential and urgent matters with care and sound judgment What You Bring Proven experience in a senior PA or executive support role Exceptional organisation, communication, and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationshipsProficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic document systems (e.g., SharePoint) A proactive, can-do attitude with an eye for detail Experience with event management and financial administration A commitment to continuous learning, including cultural development in a Te Tiriti contextWhat’s in it for You You’ll be part of a values-led organisation that’s making a difference for future generations.
