Business and IT collaborate on establishing product roadmaps and prioritizing rapid delivery of value to patients and staff.Strategic projects often require multiple Scrum teams to work together, necessitating a scaled agile approach. The Agile Program Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating interrelated work to maximize value delivery for teams, stakeholders, and the organization. They oversee, plan, launch, and execute initiatives within a complex, iterative environment, often involving large, interconnected projects with overlapping goals and requirements.Agile program management combines traditional project management principles with Agile Scrum practices. It involves defining scope, creating detailed project plans and timelines, and working with Scrum teams to break down plans into manageable user stories, emphasizing scope flexibility, transparency, and customer connection.#LI-CU1 Experience Required 7-19 years of relevant experience Proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives with a sharp business acumen Motivated by optimizing productivity and ensuring program success from inception to completion Experience in Healthcare IT preferredEducation Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 10-15 years of relevant Agile Program Management experience required in lieu of a degree License/Certification Requirements Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), Agile Project Management (IC Agile), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI)) desiredSpecial Requirements 7-10 years of traditional Waterfall IT project management experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise projects Experience managing complex programs Coaching skills and ability to motivate teams Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
