Our client is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to establish and manage relationships with various projects, programmes, and journeys, ensuring that solutions are designed, built, and delivered with security requirements upfront. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the reduction of security risk in project delivery and existing services, while also providing comprehensive advice on technical security risks.What you'll do: Establish and manage relationships with projects, programmes, and journeys. Manage end-to-end Information and Cyber Security engagement on projects. Provide comprehensive advice to project stakeholders on technical security risks. Perform threat modelling and security control assessments over new and existing services.Contribute to the reduction of security risk in project delivery and existing services. Manage the scope, quality and communication of wider Information and Cyber Security services. Contribute to the development and maintenance of security frameworks and patterns. Represent Information and Cyber Security at technical and business governance forums.What you bring: 7+ years combined experience in information and cyber security . Experience in public cloud technologies. Proven delivery, engagement, and cost management skills. Advanced communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of prevention and detection methods / technologies.Knowledge&exposure to Mainframe technologies and security architecture is advantageous. Financial Services Sector experience including information and cyber security is desirable. Qualifications: Tertiary level qualifications in Information and Cyber Security.
