Veterinary Software Trainer, Auckland

We’re looking for passionate problem solvers to support the implementation of our ezyVet Practice Management software for new customers. Our implementors are responsible for training clients on ezyVet, configuring the software to meet clinic needs, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a smooth setup.You'll build important client relationships, troubleshoot, and provide engaging virtual training to set customers up for success. This role involves travel; once fully onboarded, you may be onsite with clients across the APAC region during GO-Live, approximately 2-3 weeks per month. When not traveling, the role is based at our Auckland office with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 WFH.But what is ezyVet? ezyVet is a cloud-based Veterinary Practice Management Software that helps clinics save time, increase revenue, improve communication with clients, and reduce workload stress. Our journey is focused on solving veterinary practices’ most pressing needs through innovation, driving meaningful improvements in animal health.About the role, you will: Train veterinary professionals on how to use Practice Management Software tailored to their role. Manage implementations alongside our Implementation Specialists, ensuring clinics are confident in using and configuring the software. Understand clinic workflows, troubleshoot, and configure the software accordingly.Lead change management within clinics. Develop and deliver webinar-based training and configuration curricula. Handle multiple projects at various stages. Collaborate with internal teams to improve software, prioritize features, and streamline processes. What you will need to succeed: Results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.Experience working in busy environments with good time and project management skills. Experience training others on software or complex workflows. Confidence in articulating complex topics to diverse audiences. Positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to work under pressure.
