About The Role This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week). The working hours are: Sunday: 9.45am - 5.30pm Monday&Tuesday: 8.45am - 5.45pm Wednesday: 9am - 5.45pm Thursday: 9.45am - 5.45pm Key Responsibilities Supporting the Store Manager on all operational aspects and managing the team on the Store Managers RDOs. Using your retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team daily. Becoming BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the best experience.Learning the Bendon approach: interacting with customers to make them comfortable and confident during fittings. Achieving operational goals through merchandising, loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs.
