Key Responsibilities Professionally handle customer inquiries and orders across various channels, provide knowledgeable showroom assistance, and promptly address complaints or queries.Support the sales team with their daily activities, maintain high attention to detail, and meet deadlines while improving product knowledge through research and training. Manage spare parts ordering to maintain stock efficiency, uphold professional communication standards with suppliers, and nurture strong supplier relationships. Your client base will be a broad range of contractors and being able to tailor your approach to these different audiences will be your strength.Previous strong customer service skills and the ability to handle this busy and diverse role, along with parts experience, is an advantage for prospective candidates.
