Exciting opportunity for an experienced centre manager who is looking to progress in their ECE Leadership career, managing two Centres: Learning Adventures Takanini (licensed for 50)&Lollipops Takanini (licensed for 75). Working closely with your area manager, you will build a culture of positivity and success, strengthening team engagement and retention.Support your teams to work collaboratively, achieving educational and operational objectives. You will split your time across these two centres, providing effective leadership that encourages and supports your team.Each centre is unique so you'll enjoy the variety and challenge of ensuring your teams have the right support. You’ll lead with a strong commitment to equity, ensuring fair and inclusive practices. You will make an impact with occupancy, compliance, and engagement.
