Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role The Graduate Development Programme commences in February 2026 and is an 18-month rotational programme. At the conclusion of the programme, you will transition into a permanent role within the business. So, if these behaviours and values align with yours then perhaps, we are the company for you.As a People Experience Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work across various areas including: People support/Advisor: respond to people queries, helping with paperwork (employment contracts, resignations, retirements), providing generalist advice, and shadowing an advisor for an Employee Relations case.Talent space: Creating job adverts/descriptions, screening applicants, and managing the approval process. Organisational Development: Induction planning, assessment center support, and working on OD projects such as wellness initiatives. Health and Safety: Producing health and safety documents, taking leaders through courses, and handling administrative tasks.Payroll: Exploring mini payroll projects or other areas of interest. Are curious by nature and enjoy solving problems. Bring strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.Enjoy working as part of a team, building relationships, and working collaboratively. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Psychology, HR, Organisational Behaviour, or Law (with an understanding of employment law), and possess technical skills in HRIS systems and Microsoft products, you could be the perfect fit for this role.Why join us?
