The above permanent full-time position is currently available at the Manukau TechPark Campus, teaching pre-trade and apprenticeship programmes.The successful candidate will hold an Advanced Trade or National Certificate in Refrigeration Engineering/Air Conditioning qualification and have a proven record of achievement in the industry, preferably with at least five years' experience. What you will be doing: Teaching and developing positive relationships withākonga (students).Programme Development and Review - Contributing to the evaluation and further development of programmes. Participating in marketing and promotional activities. What you bring: Excellent communication and time management skills. Engagement with assessment and feedback processes. Effective communication with a diverse range of people, at all levels of the organisation.Openness to learning new technologies in teaching and learning. While previous teaching experience would be an advantage, training is available to support your teaching development and credentials.
