Quanton is seeking a Solution Architect to join our dynamic and growing team. You will leverage your broad expertise, particularly across multiple Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern Data Architecture patterns, to architect robust, scalable, and secure systems. Cloud Strategy&Architecture: Design and architect cloud-native and hybrid solutions, leveraging services effectively across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform. Focus on infrastructure, security, scalability, resilience, and cost optimization in diverse cloud environments. Data Enablement Architecture: Develop pragmatic data architectures that enable effective data integration, storage, processing, and analysis to fuel AI and automation initiatives. Design solutions involving data lakes, data warehouses, event streams, and data pipelines.Architecting for AI&Automation: Design scalable and resilient architectures that seamlessly incorporate AI/ML components and automation technologies. Collaborate closely with data scientists and automation specialists to ensure successful integration and deployment. Technical Leadership&Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, championing architectural best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex architectural concepts, designs, and trade-offs to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, technical teams, and project managers.Pre-sales&Solutioning: Act as a key technical contributor during the pre-sales cycle, helping shape solutions, providing estimations, and presenting technical approaches to prospective clients. Technology Radar&Innovation: Stay curious! Continuously explore, evaluate, and champion relevant emerging technologies, particularly within the Cloud, Data, and AI landscape, to keep Quanton and our clients ahead of the curve. Clear Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and decision logs.Risk Assessment&Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks within solution designs. Practice Improvement: Contribute actively to the evolution of Quanton's architectural frameworks, standards, and reusable patterns. Skills and Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) architecting and delivering complex technical solutions, ideally in a client-facing or consulting environment.Strong Cloud Generalist Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP), coupled with a strong conceptual understanding and ideally practical exposure across others. You understand the trade-offs and know how to select the right tool for the job.Solid Data Architecture Foundations: Demonstrable experience designing data solutions, including data modeling concepts, integration patterns (ETL/ELT, APIs, streaming), and storage strategies (data lakes, warehouses, databases). Familiarity with relevant cloud data services is essential. Understanding of AI/ML&Automation: A good grasp of fundamental AI/ML concepts and how they integrate into larger systems. Experience architecting solutions incorporating AI/ML services and/or automation platforms (RPA, intelligent automation) is valuable. Excellent Communication&Influence: Ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are crucial. Analytical&Problem-Solving Mindset: You love untangling complex problems and designing elegant, effective solutions. Collaborative&Adaptable: Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Experience with agile methodologies is preferred. Security Aware: A strong understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud and solution architecture. Business Acumen: Ability to understand client business drivers and translate them into technical requirements.Passion for Learning: A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a continuous drive to learn and adapt. Desirable Experience and Knowledge: Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and their architectural implications. Experience with specific AI/Data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Power Platform, Snowflake, Databricks).Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates).
