Process Engineer, Auckland

Be part of a dynamic team that provides end-to-end technical expertise across the process lifecycle - from development and design to technology transfer and commercial manufacturing. In this role, you'll drive seamless collaboration between R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to enhance process robustness, efficiency, and compliance. What you'll do Define and implement control strategies for new and existing processes and platforms. Leverage your process understanding and knowledge to reduce variability, enhancing product quality and safety to the benefit of our patients.Lead technology transfer, scale-up, and process optimisations to ensure robust manufacturing performance. Apply QbD, Lean Six Sigma, and data analytics to enhance process control and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, risk assessments, ensuring products remain in a state of control and regulatory compliance.Be the technical expert, supporting investigations, CAPA, and regulatory submissions. What you'll bring Qualified professional - BEng/BSc in Chemistry, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experienced - three + years' experience in process science, technology transfer, and manufacturing.CRITICAL THINKER - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, QbD, DoE, and DMAIC methodologies. TECH SAVVY - Proficiency in MS Office and statistical process control.
